Commuters by Emily Gray Tedrowe With so much riding on Jerry's wealth, a rapid decline in his physical health forces hard decisions on the family, renewing old loyalties while creating surprising alliances. Commuters traces the interwoven stories of Winnie, Rachel, and Avery as each is changed by the repercussions of one marriage, and by the complex intertwining of love, family, and money. |

Paintings Reception: Thursday October 7th Please join us for our new show featuring the paintings of Hoboken resident Lloyd Hazel. These works using the efforts of the silk screen medium and hand painted designs combine to send a powerful emblamatic-esque voice of Mandala, American Norhtwest iconography as well as graphic design. Colorful, uniquely composed, these pieces evoke not only a symbolic vibration but a visual one as well. "Lloyd's work speaks about the architectual & emblematic world we live within daily, from the basic design in which the way our streets are layed out (for centuries), all the way to our present constellation of an overly exposed 'branded' society."
Mr. Hazel's paintings will be on display through November 7th, 2010 and for the 2010 Hoboken Studio Tour. |
